Crunchy fruit yoghurt

Serves: 4-6
Preparation time: 5 minutes
• 500g tub of natural yoghurt
• 60ml dried apricots, finely chopped
• 60ml toasted almonds, finely chopped
• 30-50ml honey
• 25ml sunflower seeds
• 10ml ground cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling
1 Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2 Serve sprinkled with a little extra cinnamon. Serve the crunchy yoghurt on its own or accompanied by fruit salad or cereal.
Home-made muesli

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
• 300ml rolled oats
• 250ml bran
• 250ml mixed dried fruit pieces
• 60ml sultanas
• 60ml shredded coconut
• 60ml slivered almonds
• 15ml sunflower seeds
• 200ml natural yoghurt
• maple syrup, to serve
1 Combine the oats, bran, mixed dried fruit, sultanas, coconut, almonds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
2 Store in a sealed container until ready to serve. Serve topped with a spoonful of yoghurt and drizzle with syrup. Add milk if you prefer.
