This dessert has a bit of a kick!
Serves: 8
Preparation time: 5 minutes
You will need
• 30ml brandy
• 125ml mascarpone
• clementine preserve
• 4 ready-made custard tarts
• 50g almond flakes, toasted
To make
1 Stir the brandy into the mascarpone.
2 Spoon the clementine preserve on top of the custard tarts and serve together with the brandied mascarpone and a sprinkling of almond flakes.
