To make
1
All seam allowances are 1,5cm.

2 To make your own piping, cut 4,5cm wide bias tape from gingham fabric. Join the tape to get the required length. Fold and machine baste the tape over a 4mm diameter polyester cord.

3 Sew the vertical seams of the side panels. The large and middle-sized cushions have two side panels, the small cushion only one.

4 Pin and machine baste the piping to the upper and lower seam allowances of the side panels, overlapping the ends of the piping.

5 Pin and sew the top panels to the side panels. Pin and sew the bottom panels to the side panels leaving half of the seam open to allow for inserting the foam inner. Turn the covers through to the right side.

6 Cover the foam cushions completely with one layer of batting. Insert the foam cushions into the covers. Pin and sew the opening by hand, using slip stitch.
