Embroidered glass jar lids

Do embroidery on the lids of the glass jars that you keep your craft items in.

You will need
• glass jars with lids
• spray paint in the colour of your choice
• whiteboard marking pen
• nail
• hammer
• cloth
• brightly coloured telephone wire

To make
1 Spray paint the lids and leave them to dry.
2 Draw a simple design onto the lids with a whiteboard marker. Use a hammer and nail to punch holes along the lines. Wipe the lines off with a cloth.
3 Thread brightly coloured telephone wire through the holes to form a pattern.
